We cut this guilty pleasure sandwich down to size by cutting the calories, but not the flavor. To healthify this burger, we added flavor-boosting shiitake mushroom and nixed sodium-busting bottled sauces for flavor-packed tomato paste or chiles in adobo sauce. Pump up the protein and keep the carbs in check by stacking two patties on top of each other and not supersizing the bun too!
