“Whatcha Cookin’ Wednesday Featured Cook of the Week” to appear on our blog and have a chance to be featured in a future issue of the magazine.
Talk about a square meal! Instagram user @thedailydelish made braised chicken legs with quinoa and steamed veggies look just as beautiful as it does healthful. Here at Every Day with Rachael Ray, we’re huge fans of quinoa, which provides more nutrients (and flavor– in our opinion!) than white rice. Pair it with juicy chicken and tender roasted vegetables and you’ve got a delicious plate that you can feel good about cleaning.
