Instagram user @cleanish_eats brought a whole new meaning to our #allwrappedup challenge! Her healthy lunch, consisting of chicken, avocado and cilantro is beautifully wrapped around thinly sliced cucumber. Its beautiful and healthy, and the dash of Tapatio hot sauce completes the true California look.

NEXT WEEK: We know how much you all love to cook, but now we want to see what you like to eat when you’re out! Use the hashtag #RRWhatchaEatin and show us what you’re chowing down on, whether it’s at your favorite lunch spot or a new restaurant for date night. Happy eating!

Now here’s a dish that’s worth getting our fingers messy! Instagram user @townsendkitchen created these homemade jalapeño poppers that look pretty close to identical to our version! Spicy, cheesy and toasted to perfection, these look like the perfect appetizer or party snack for any time of year (or day!).

Instagram user and blogger, @homemadedelish, certainly knows how to get #saucy! We love a good Buffalo dish, and this burger version certainly takes the cake! Check out more of her delicious recipes on her blog here.

We asked you to incorporate all things green into this week’s challenge, and instagram user @ahomechef‘s Basil Pesto with Broccoli definitely lived up to the challenge. It’s not always easy incorporating healthy ingredients into favored dishes like pasta, but earthy broccoli seems like the perfect addition to a fresh and flavorful basil pesto. Plus, it basically blends right in! See, it can be easy being green.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE: In honor of March being National Sauce Month, we want to see your sauciest pictures! So whether you’re dousing an ice cream sundae in homemade chocolate sauce or tossing ravioli in a spicy marinara, be sure to tag your photos with both #RRWhatchaCookin and #saucy for a chance to be featured on our blog. Good luck!

A dark setting and savory dumplings fresh out of the pan? This dish, created by instagram user @judena20, just screams #latenighteats! We’d say there’s never a wrong time to be noshing on pork, veggie or chicken dumplings, but these little pockets of Asian-y goodness seem particularly appropriate for an extended evening out… or in!

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE: We’re loving all of your #RRWhatchaCookin challenge photos and have noticed a rise in the amount of healthy dishes you’re posting. So for next week’s challenge, we want to see your best dishes that prove its #easybeinggreen. Whether you’re slurping a spinach smoothie for breakfast, munching on a kale salad for lunch or even just dipping into a hearty guacamole for a midday snack, show us how you’re cooking with nature’s favorite color. Talk about a plate piled high! Instagram user @gsdreams has perfected the art of pancake pileage with these Lemon Meringue Yogurt Pancakes doused in Rachael Ray’s Maple and Honey Syrup. We love her interpretation of the #piledhigh challenge, especially because it coincides with our #RR30Days of breakfast on Instagram, too! It may just inspire us to make tonight a breakfast-for-dinner kinda night.

If every meal looked as beautiful as @mckennasfood‘s Vegan Asian Salad, we’d go vegan in a heartbeat! This dish proves that with a little color and a lot of healthy and hearty ingredients like snap peas, avocado, mandarin oranges and almonds, you can turn an average salad into something extraordinary. Our own version of this salad may even make its way into our lunch boxes tomorrow!
